Entrepreneurship is characteristic of a person that allows that person to face the challenges and recognize an opportunity and seize the opportunity. Positive entrepreneurial characteristics also owned by individuals who are successful in life. The individuals involved in business and successful entrepreneurs and spur economic development. Therefore, it is not surprising developments very rapid entrepreneurial education in schools and institutions of higher education.
In the task 1, we take nine
different entrepreneur as an example for each trait. The traits is networked,
open risk taker, observant, visionary, failure is an option, open culture,
outcome oriented, team oriented, and proactive.
Entrepreneurs are individuals who work with for profit businesses
and also practice strategic practices to succeed. Entrepreneurs are also among the important elements in the country due
to the existence of entrepreneurs in the country, they can improve the economy
and indirectly raise Malaysia's name in the arena of business world. This
happens when entrepreneurs bring the country's name when promoting their
products abroad.
Therefore, to become a successful entrepreneur, an individual must
have the characteristics required of entrepreneurs in his business carried on
in order to be able to keep pace with the progress of the world.
