DATO' ALIFF SHUKRI KAMARZAMAN
Vision is the foresight of an entrepreneur.
Objectives and measures to be undertaken by entrepreneurs are also clearly
stated in a vision. The examples of a visionary entrepreneur who is Dato' Aliff
Syukri Kamarzaman, founder of the famous product with the slogan 'terlajak
laris'. Dato Aliff or his real name Aliff Syukri Bin Kamarzaman was born in
Felda Kechau, Kuala Lipis, Pahang on April 3, 1987. At first, he was moved and
S.K Sungai Besar, Selangor. , he continued his studies at the School Telok
Gadong, Klang. After that, he was studying at the School of Pondok Pasir
Tumbuh, Kelantan for deep religious knowledge. After graduating from that
school, he continued his studies at the School Integration As-Syakirin, Shah
Alam until form 5 and further studies at Taylor College. She was married at age
20 with his colleague, Datin Nur Shahida binti Mohd Rashid who was 22 years old
at the time.
Since childhood, he was very
interested in the field of business. Armed with a strong determination, he
started to make and sell goods cosmetics to her friends. Later, he opened a
stall at the farmers market every weekend. The response was actively encouraging
when he sells cosmetics. He was faced with various challenges which the loans
are made through the bank refused and he also was verbally abused. In fact, the
people around he also do not believe in the ability of Dato' Shukri and
underestimate him. Thanks to the patience and faith, he ignores things that
annoy him.
Then, he traded again to find
additional income, where every week he would hold a workshop on beauty and
health in workplaces, government agencies and private. Additionally, he also selling beauty
products. Every time he makes the
workshop, earning him approximately RM1000 to RM3000 per month. When he entered
a beauty workshop, he said his intention is to create a brand and share the
brand with the other friends. Finally, they agreed. This is because, after some
time selling others product, he thinks that it's better to sell his own
product. So, he gets the idea to produce it himself.

He finally established his own
company in 2010 that is D'herbs Healthy Marketing and at its early inception is
it only operates on the second floor with only two employees. His main product at that time is the
foundation, slimming products, Women's health drink and Women's Health Care
Lipstick. In 2012 that was the culmination of D'herbs products where they have
been under the label Company Limited and expanded his business by moving to
4Storey building belonging to a more strategic and comfortable. This movement
was able to convince all the stockists and distributors to sell and market
their products more widely. Therefore, move forward a step further by producing
nearly 90 new product lines with a total of 35 employees who develop a smooth
company.
As a conclusion, Dato' Shukri
is an entrepreneur's vision. He was able to develop his business plan to be achieved
within the prescribed time. In addition, he wisely takes appropriate action to
ensure proper vision can be a success.
It turns out that dream and his ambition is not an empty dream.
