She starts getting her own pocket money since young. By that experience, she was encouraged to venture into the male-dominated industry.

At her first try, she produced men shoes but it did not move forward. Then she makes a decision change to manufacturing safety footwear. Today, OSCAR Footwear Marketing Sdn. Bhd. have customers from leading companies such as Petroliam Nasional Bhd., Top Glove Bhd. and more. Her safety footwear was also being exported to Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Canada and Fiji. OSCAR Footwear Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is the first safety footwear company in Malaysia.

Her business starts at a small shop house, then flourish into a big factory that can produce 1000 to 1200 safety footwear every day. Her goal is to make OSCAR Footwear Marketing Sdn. Bhd. as one of the companies listed on Bursa Malaysia within the next 5 years.
